Effective date: 21 October 2026
Swipe League is a mobile word game published by Gipros Web Solutions, La Marsa, Tunisia ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to the Swipe League app on Android and iOS and to the game servers behind it.
1. Information we collect
Account. When you first open the game, the app creates a random player identifier stored on your device. It lets you play without giving us your name or email. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple so your progress follows you to a new phone, we receive the identifier and the email address that Google or Apple share with us. We never see your Google or Apple password.
Profile. The display name and avatar you pick in the game, and your team name if you join or create a team.
Gameplay. Your progress: levels completed, daily puzzles, duels played and their results, league and steps, coins, boosters, collectibles, emotes, team activity and the in-game events that tell us how the game is played (for example which screens are used and when a session starts and ends). This data is produced by the game itself; it is what makes your progress exist.
Team chat and reports. Messages you write in your team's chat, and the reports you send about a message or a player. Messages are stored so your team can read them and so we can act on reports.
Purchases. When you buy coins, gems or the pass, the purchase is handled by Google Play or the App Store. We receive a receipt that lets us credit your account; we never receive your card number or bank details.
Technical data. When the app crashes, a crash report (device model, operating system version, app version and the technical details of the crash) is sent to us through Firebase Crashlytics, a Google service, so we can fix the problem. Our servers also keep standard connection logs (IP address, time, request) for security and to keep the game running.
We do not collect your contacts, your location, your photos or your microphone.
2. Why we use it
- To run the game: save your progress, match you with opponents, run leagues, teams and seasons.
- To credit your purchases and restore them on another device.
- To keep the game fair and safe: detect cheating, review reported messages, mute or remove players who break the rules.
- To fix bugs and improve the game, using crash reports and gameplay events.
- To answer you when you contact us.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising profiles. At launch the game shows no advertising. If we add rewarded videos later, this policy will be updated first and the ad provider will be named here.
3. Who can see it
- Other players see your display name, avatar, league, team and ranking, and your messages in your team's chat. They never see your email or your identifiers.
- Service providers that process data for us: Amazon Web Services (our servers, located in the United States), Google (Firebase Crashlytics, Google Play sign-in and billing) and Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store billing). They act on our instructions.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
Your data is stored on servers in the United States. By playing you agree to this transfer.
4. How long we keep it
Your account and progress are kept as long as your account exists. Connection logs are kept for 90 days. Crash reports are kept for 90 days. Team chat messages are deleted when the team is deleted or 12 months after they were written, whichever comes first. Purchase receipts are kept as long as the law on accounting requires.
5. Your choices
- Delete your account: in the game, open Settings and choose "Delete my account". Your profile, progress and messages are deleted within 30 days. Purchases cannot be refunded by us; contact Google Play or the App Store for refunds.
- Sign out of Google or Apple: in Settings, unlink the account; your progress stays on the device you are using.
- Access or correct your data, or ask a question: write to hello@giprosweb.com. We answer within 30 days.
If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to or restrict our processing and to complain to your data protection authority. If you live in California, you have the right to know what we collect and to ask for its deletion, as described above; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.
6. Children
Swipe League is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, write to hello@giprosweb.com and we will delete it.
7. Security
Data travels encrypted between the app and our servers. Access to the servers is limited to the people who run the game. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you as the law requires.
8. Changes
When this policy changes, the new version is published at https://swipeleague.io/privacy with a new effective date, and the game tells you at the next launch if the change matters to you.
